I first want to apologize for such late posting. I have honestly been waiting to put together great posts, but because that will take some time to become frequent I will like to keep my readers updated.
On a different note, THANK YOU. I can't express enough through cyberspace how much I am gracious of all of your donations. I made a mistake and set my goal to$ 3,000, when in fact I only needed to raise $1,000. $425 is almost 50% ! Although my "Chip in" button has ended, I am still open to donations through mail, you can email me for my mailing address. Thank you and thank you again for realizing a dream and opportunity.
I have spoken with my host family and they are a really genial Italian family, excited for my visit. I have been digging into some Italian dictionaries and online aids. Italian is a beautiful language and not to far off from Espanol, so I should not have too many communication problems. I am eager to get acquainted with the Italian culture, and dress to the nine with the rest of them. Only one more week...
